Trendway Recognized by Kandu Industries as "Business Partner of the Year"

Holland, MI . . . Kandu Incorporated recently honored Trendway Corporation as a Business Partner of the Year. The event took place at Kandu's annual banquet recognizing employees and customers, held March 15 at Evergreen Commons in Holland.

The Business Partner award was presented to recognize the growth of Trendway’s patronage of Kandu during 2010. Kandu provides services to businesses, while providing job-related services and employment to over 1,200 people with employment barriers. Among other items, they provide assembled hardware kits for Trendway furniture products.

Trendway representatives at the event included Buyers Andy Wroblewski and Tim Van Haitsma, Tim Kasen, Sr. Mgr. Materials and Order Management, and Bill Bundy, Trendway President and CEO. "Kandu's recognition of Trendway was an honor for us, a meaningful highlight in our year,” said Bundy. “I am pleased with Trendway's growth with Kandu, enabling them to provide more opportunity for more people to realize their full potential."
